High-intensity in-line magnetic fluid traps for hygienic liquid processing
The Hygienic Inline Magnetic Fluid Filter is designed for continuous removal of ferrous and paramagnetic contamination from liquid and semi-liquid process streams within food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production environments.
The unit incorporates high-intensity rare earth magnetic elements housed within a fully sealed 316L stainless steel body suitable for pressurised pipeline systems, The filter incorporates a quick release coupling in the base to enable easy drain off during clean down procedures.
Manufactured in 316L stainless steel. FDA compliant elastomers. EC 1935/2004 compliant materials. Suitable for CIP systems and designed in accordance with GMP principles.
