This magnet is popular in engineering and manufacturing industries due to its strength, operating temperature and corrosion resistance properties.

The Alnico magnets North and South poles are on opposite ends which makes it perfect for classroom demonstrations.

At Magnet Expert, we use Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx for our deliveries. We aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 5pm same day (Mon-Fri) and expect most of the orders to our UK customers to be delivered the next working day (although please note that we are dependent on Royal Mail's services and therefore cannot guarantee a next day delivery, unless this service has been selected).

Where 'Next Working Day' or 'DPD' is specified, this service requires a signature upon delivery.

Please be advised that where a Next Day delivery is specified, this only applies to 'business days'. If an order is placed before 2pm on a Saturday it will be dispatched out for delivery on Monday, depending on the delivery method selected. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Alternatively, if you do require a Saturday or Sunday delivery specifically, simply select this from the delivery options at checkout.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Magnet Expert. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a refund provided the item is returned in a fully resalable condition. We do not refund postage charges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note that requests for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.

In order to submit a return request, please login to your account by clicking on the 'Account' section of the navigation and logging in. Once logged in, view your account and click 'Previous Orders'. You will be presented with a list of all your previous order. Simply go to the relevant order and tick any items you wish to return, you can then press 'Return Items'.

Once the product has been safely returned, one of our technicians will inspect the return for any defects and ensure the product is in a resalable condition, with no problems detected, your refund will be processed, this normally takes 3 - 5 working days (although almost all returns are refunded the day they arrive back to us).

Refunds can only be made to the original card used for the purchase. If the refund is requested due to an item being faulty or damaged, we will also refund your postage charges.
